摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for setting a newly installed path by detouring an existing path, and to provide a means for determining which existing path is detoured. <P>SOLUTION: When the priority of a path by each reroute priority class is set and a path control apparatus receives a setting request of a new path, the path control apparatus searches the routing of the new path to set the path by using a band of an existing path with the priority of a reroute priority class p of the path or over for a constraint condition. When the routing of the new path is searched, in the case that the sum of bands of the new path and the existing path with a priority class of a reroute priority class p+1 or over lower than the reroute priority class p of the new path by one is greater than the band of a link, the sum of the bands is used for the constraint condition, the path control apparatus searches the rerouting of the path with the reroute priority class p+1 passing through the link to reroute the path with the reroute priority class p+1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
