<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking machine which can efficiently mark and analyze an object to be marked and can analyze the object to be marked without leaving unnecessary traces thereto, a marking method, and a production method for electronic components with marking. <P>SOLUTION: The laser marking machine 1 is equipped with a laser section 3 which can mark prescribed characters, graphics or symbols, etc., to the object 2 to be marked by irradiating the object to be marked with a laser beam L, a laser analysis section 4 for analyzing the dust generated from the object 2 to be marked by the laser beam irradiation, and a control section 10. The laser marking machine 1 is so constituted as to analyze the dust generated when the laser section 3 irradiates the object 2 to be marked with the laser beam to the extent of not leaving the unnecessary marks at the object 2 to be marked based on the prescribed information relating to the printing contents by the analysis section 4.
