<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic transducer easy to be manufactured, and capable of preventing surely a coil from being broken, and a time piece provided with the electromagnetic transducer. <P>SOLUTION: A recessed part 211 having a substantially U-shaped cross-section is formed in a coil frame 21 of a radio wave receiving antenna 20, and a core 22 constituted of an amorphous metal layered body is stored in the recessed part 211. The coil 23 is wound in a linear part 21A of the coil frame 21. The coil 23 is prevented from being disconnected by a sharp outer edge of the core 22, because the coil 23 does not contact directly with the core 22. Structure is simplified because an insulation film coating an outer circumference of the core 22 in the prior art is not required, and a manufacturing process is simplified because coating work is omitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
