<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomic nerve activity monitoring device capable of predicting the generation of abnormal reaction (side reaction) accompanying the activity of autonomic nerves at the time of a medical action or the like for instance, and a blood processing apparatus and a blood collecting apparatus provided with the autonomic nerve activity monitoring device. <P>SOLUTION: A blood component collecting apparatus 100 calculates a high frequency component (HF) [msec<SP>2</SP>] which is a parasympathetic nerve activity index and the ratio of a low frequency component/the high frequency component (LF/HF) which is a sympathetic nerve activity index by performing measurement by an electrocardiography 300 and frequency-analyzing the pattern of a heart rate obtained from a donor, and detects the time change of the values. Then, in the case that the abnormal reaction (side reaction) of the donor is predicted/judged by a judgement circuit 204 after a blood collecting operation is started, a control means 200 controls the operation of a pump 9 and reduces a blood collecting speed or a retransfusion speed or stops the blood collecting operation or a retransfusion operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
