<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the owner individual of a card type recording carrier such as an IC card to easily confirm the information anytime, and to safely carry a plurality of card type recording carriers. <P>SOLUTION: This strong portable card case 101 is provided with a communication control part 103 for performing data communication with the card type recording carrier 102, a display part 104 for displaying the information of the recording carrier and a power supplying part 105 for supplying a power to the recording carrier. Furthermore, the card case is provided with a data communicating function with external exclusive terminal equipment and a key inputting device necessary for inputting a password.
