<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish printing correction conditions in compliance with the kind of an ID card (manufacturer, production lot number and the like). <P>SOLUTION: The card issuance device 1 identifies the kind of a card by reading information on the kind of a card recorded in an IC chip of a raw card 5 drawn out of a card storage part 20, using a reader/writer 30.
