<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply electric power to the devices by eliminating necessity for preparing a power source in the vicinity of each device. <P>SOLUTION: A power feeder (204) supplies electric power to a node (216) by using feeder network connection (218) such as powerover Ethernet (R)(PoE). The node (216) supplies at least partly electric power received through the feeder network connection (218), to further one or more downstream devices (220, 222) by using the another feeder network connection (224, 226). In one embodiment, one or more downstream devices (220, 222) are connected by hub and spoke constitution to a remote device (216).
