PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out jacking jacks disposed in an outer drum together with an inner drum in a shield machine with the inner drum mounted to freely project and retreat along a shield axis direction with respect to the outer drum. SOLUTION: A plurality of jacking jacks 15 for jacking shield bodies 2 are arranged every predetermined space along the inner peripheral part of the outer drum 4. Corresponding to the jacking jacks 15, recovery openings 53a through which the jacking jacks 15 can pass are formed in an inner drum skin plate 53 covering the outer periphery of the inner drum, and inner drum jack storage parts 55 are formed for storing the jacking jacks 15 pulled out through the storage openings 53a, respectively, in the inner drum 3.
