PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dictionary searching device eliminating inconvenience occurring when determining easiness to see of words mainly by read frequency. SOLUTION: A word list generating part 14 of a server 1 generates a word list so as to include a word in a record read by a record acquiring part 12 and make easier to see when displayed by a client as a weight value is larger. A communication part 16 transmits the generated word list to the client 2. The words on the word list are displayed by the client 2, and the words are read by an application AP. Furthermore, a dictionary updating part 15 stores the weight value in the record of the words when the weight value specified to the read word is transmitted from the client 2 to the server 1.
