PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable multilayer analysis element having a small difference between lots and a small difference inside a lot, and having high measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: A multilayer analysis material for liquid sample analysis is formed by laminating integrally at least one functional layer and a porous liquid sample developing layer comprising at least one non-fibrous porous film in this order on one surface of a water-impermeable flat support. In the material for this multilayer analysis element for liquid sample analysis, the bending rupture strength of the non-fibrous porous film is 20 g-weight or more, and the elongation percentage at the tensile force of 50 g-weight is 2% or less.
