PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition as a surfactant mixture system containing two chains and two hydrophilic groups-containing anionic surfactant having a specific molecular structure. SOLUTION: The surfactant composition comprises two chains and two hydrophilic groups-containing anionic surfactant obtained by epoxidizing a double bond in an alkyl oleate (wherein the number of carbon atoms alkyl group is 2-18) and carrying out hydroxylation and sulfation of the epoxidized product and other one chain and one hydrophilic group-containing anionic surfactant.
