PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device that can smoothly deliver a paper bundle after binding in consideration of heavy use of the binding in the image formation and has a mail bottle allowing miniaturization, and to provide an image forming device having the post-processing device. SOLUTION: The post-processing device has a driving means for driving a plurality of mail bottles, moving them to a common paper delivery port, and moving them between a paper receiving position for receiving the paper bundle and an evacuation position, and a driving means for driving a paper delivery tray, moving it to the common paper delivery port, and moving them between the paper receiving position for receiving the paper bundle and the evacuation position.
