PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillar garnish assembly structure in which an adequate space is formed between a side edge of an instrument panel and a front pillar, and the appearance is excellent even when the pillar garnish is mounted or not mounted. SOLUTION: In an assembly structure of a pillar garnish 3 which is mounted on a front pillar to form an inner wall of a cabin of the front pillar part with a lower end thereof aligned to a side portion of an instrument panel 1, a groove 4 in which a lower end of the pillar garnish 3 is inserted is formed with a spacing to the cabin side from a side edge of the instrument panel 1 facing the front pillar.
