PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the defect in soldering and to prevent the generation of the expansion and explosion of solid flux in resin core solder. SOLUTION: The device comprises: a guide part 2 of guiding resin core solder 1 obtained by incorporating solid flux 1b into the core of linear solder 1a; and working means 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d of performing working in such a manner that the prescribed part in the resin core solder 1 is easily melted with the heat of a soldering iron 20.
