<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend operable time by a fuel battery without increasing the size of electronic equipment in the electronic equipment with a fuel cell as a power supply. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel diluting means 87 generates a methanol solution with prescribed concentration by diluting methanol at a high-concentration fuel accommodation section 71 by dilution water at a dilution water accommodation section 73. The generated methanol solution is sent to a fuel cell 80 by a fuel feed pump PU 1 via a fuel supply tube 81. Waste fuel after chemical reaction at a fuel electrode (anode 8A) after being fed to the fuel cell 80 is recovered by the dilution water accommodation section 73 via a fuel recovery tube 82, and is mixed to the dilution water for reutilization.
