<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process partial data divided so that electronic data can be processed as a single body by preventing the linkage of the processing results of the respective partial data from being deteriorated without damaging such merits of processing of the partial data that the partial data can be quickly processed with saved resources as much as posible when the effect of division appears in the processing results of partial data. <P>SOLUTION: Whether or not the processing results of the peripheral partial data of desired partial data is affected by division is detected by an effect detecting means 3. When it is affected, the partial data ranging from the partial data to the desired partial data are processed by a layout generating means 5 as continuous data. Furthermore, whether or not the partial data to be processed in advance are affected by the peripheral partial data is detected, and when the partial data are affected, the partial data including the affecting partial data are further processed as continuous data.
