<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diesel engine control device for performing good F/B control by calculating an optimum F/B gain considering a turbo opening and actual turbocharging pressure when controlling turbocharging pressure, e.g. <P>SOLUTION: An ECU performs F/B control of the turbo opening (the opening of a variable nozzle) with the drive of an actuator so that actual turbocharging pressure corresponds to a target turbocharging pressure. The F/B gain selected for the F/B control is determined using an engine speed NE, an injection amount, the turbo opening and the turbocharging pressure as parameters. Thus, the F/B gain is calculated considering not only the engine speed NE and the injection amount for the diesel engine but also the actual turbocharging pressure and the turbo opening which give effects to the F/B control, and so the optimum F/B gain is found for good F/B control even when the actual turbocharging pressure and the turbo opening are changed during control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
