REINFORCING FIBER FABRIC ROLL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight reinforcing fiber fabric roll exhibiting excellent mechanical characteristics as a reinforcing material and having even excellent handleability. SOLUTION: The reinforcing fiber fabric roll is a roll obtained by laminating a reinforcing fiber fabric to which a resin material sticks to at least one surface of a fabric to a plastic film and winding the resultant laminate. The resin material sticking to the reinforcing fiber fabric is within the range of 2-20 wt.%. The peel angleθof the plastic film from the reinforcing fiber fabric when unwinding the reinforcing fiber fabric from the roll is within the range of 0-30°. The plastic film has 5-100μm thickness,≤1.1 specific gravity and≤D80 durometer hardness (JIS K7215). COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
