PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system capable of corresponding to early allocation of cars for a plurality orders. SOLUTION: The radio communication system is provided with a plurality of mobile stations 21, 22, 23 and 24 each transmitting the car number of its own car and position moving state information, and a base station 11 for receiving the information to process the information. In this system, the base station simultaneously performs data collection by polling for regularly collecting the position moving state information of the plurality of mobile stations in an order of car numbers, and instructions of car allocation.
