PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability and prevent an elastic engagement piece from being damaged. SOLUTION: A stand member 35 interposed between a base member 15 and a bottom part of a telephone set and for changing an angle of an operating section of the telephone set is made of an elastically deformable plastic. Both ends of a rocking end 37 of the stand member 35 associatedly enter a first angle setting recessed part 23 and an elastic claw 41 of an elastic engagement piece 40 engages with a first engagement hole 27. Both ends of a rocking end part 37 of the stand member 35 are turnably supported by a first bearing part 25 of the first angle setting recessed part 23 and apart from a first non-bearing part 26 adjacent to the first bearing part 25 by a gapδ. When the middle part of the stand member 35 is depressed, the both-ends of the rocking end of the stand member 35 is elastically deformed until they are pressed into contact with the first non bearing part 26 to release the engagement between the elastic claw 41 and the first engagement hole 27.
