PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming device, an image-forming method, and a program for collectively correcting scan mistakes. SOLUTION: A scan data processor 11 reads scan mistake conditions from a scan mistake condition storage 8, and analyzes whether scan mistake conditions can be detected from scan data. A marker processing means 20 adds a marker for indicating "rescanning required" to scan data based on marker conditions read from a marker condition storage 9 when scan mistake conditions are detected from the scan data, a scan data storage control means 21 stores and retains the scan data in which the marker is added to a scan data storage 12, and a preview generator 13 generates an image for previewing of the scan data in which the marker is added for displaying on a preview display means 17.
