PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna mounting structure of a mobile communication apparatus for reducing the cable loss of an antenna cable and reducing the influence of electric noise, or the like generated from a component packaged on a substrate inside a communication apparatus body. SOLUTION: The formation surface of an antenna pattern 11 of a built-in antenna substrate 10 is composed so as to be arranged opposite to the component packaging surface of a substrate 32 inside the body, thus relatively separating the distance between the antenna pattern 11 and the substrate 32 inside the body by the thickness of a dielectric that is the substrate of built-in antenna substrate 10, and shielding the influence of electric noise from packaged components on the substrate 32 inside the body by a dielectric that is the substrate of the built-in antenna substrate 10.
