PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sensible speed of link data acquisition by automatically acquiring link data based on a link existing in data in advance. SOLUTION: A look-ahead download process 41 extracts link information to another page included in a page which is being displayed by a browser, and requests a download request process 42 to download another page based on the extracted link information until access to another page is instructed by a user. The download request process 42 executes the download of the page by a download process 43. The look-ahead download process decides whether or not the instructed data have been already downloaded when the access to the data is instructed by a user, and when it is decided that the data have been already downloaded, the downloaded data are provided to a browser for page display.
