PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air liquefying separating device capable of efficiently coping with the increase and decrease of oxygen supply quantity without changing nitrogen supply quantity. SOLUTION: The specific amount of air after eliminating impurities, is partially introduced to a lower tower 11c as a material air of low temperature, the remaining material air is introduced from a liquid air storing tank 4f to the lower tower 11c by specific amount, while controlling its flow rate by a liquid air amount control means 4g, in a state the remaining material air is stored in the liquid air storing tank 4f, further liquid oxygen by the specific amount is led out to a liquid oxygen storing tank 6b from an upper tower 11a while controlling its flow rate by a liquid oxygen amount control means 6a, oxygen for the shortfall is supplied from the liquid oxygen storing tank 6b when the demand of oxygen gas is increased in supplying oxygen from the liquid oxygen storing tank 6b to an oxygen demander, the liquid air excessively produced by its evaporation is stored in the liquid air storing tank 4f, and the excess liquid oxygen is stored in the liquid oxygen storing tank 6b when the demand of oxygen gas is decreased.
