PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning auxiliary device for a vehicle that can use a battery as an air-conditioning auxiliary for the vehicle. SOLUTION: (1)This air-conditioning auxiliary device for the vehicle includes an air-conditioning auxiliary system 10 with an air cooling battery 11 and a battery cooling fan 12 passing air through the battery in which at least a part of the air passed through the battery is made to enter a cabin, and a control device 20 that operates the battery cooling fan 12 according to air-conditioning priority fan control 103 when an air-conditioning request is big and the temperature of the battery is in a prescribed range, and otherwise, operates the battery cooling fan 12 according to normal battery cooling fan control 104. (2)The air-conditioning request is judged big when the difference between the present room temperature and a target room temperature is a prescribed temperature difference or more.
