PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking tray capable of properly browning a cooked object to achieve high eating quality, improving the cooking efficiency and keeping the inside of a heating cooker clean. SOLUTION: As a bottom plate 3 of this cooking tray 1 is constituted by connecting a plurality of semicircular groove parts 4 extended straightly in parallel with each other in a state that a central point of each semicircular groove part 4 is approximately fitted to a cooked object loading face, the reflected heat can be achieved by reflecting the direct heat from an upper heater of a toaster oven on curved faces of the semicircular groove parts 4, thus both faces of the cooked object are heated by the direct heat from the upper heater and the reflected heat, and the cooking efficiency can be improved. The rear face of the cooked object kept into contact with a projecting part 5 can be properly browned, and good eating quality can be obtained. Further as the drip from the cooked object is dropped in the semicircular groove parts 4, the inside of the toaster oven can be kept clean. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
