PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam cooking device capable of preventing failure due to leakage of steam and improving use property. SOLUTION: This steam cooking device 1 is provided with a steam generator 50 for generating steam, a steam temperature raising device 40 having a heating heater 41 and raising temperature of steam generated in the steam generator 50 further, and a heating chamber 20 having a steam flow-in part 20a in which excessively heated steam whose temperature is raised by the steam temperature raising device 40 flows and which stores an object F to be heated to cook the object F to be heated by excessively heated steam. The steam temperature raising device 40 has an outer cover 47 covering the heating heater 41. An annular pedestal 48 attached by protruding from an external wall 20b of the heating chamber 20 is provided around the steam flow-in part 20a. The outer cover 47 has a mounting part 47c attached to the pedestal 48 and a pressing part 47b having a step on an inner side of the mounting part 47c, formed into an annular shape, and pressed against the external wall 20b of the heating chamber 20.
