PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam cooking device capable of simply treating dew condensate generated in a machine or overflowing water generated when supplying water into a steam generator. SOLUTION: Steam generated in the steam generator 50 is supplied into a heating chamber 20 through an external circulation path 30. The heating chamber 20 is communicated with the outside of the machine through an exhaust path. A front part of the exhaust path is constituted by an exhaust duct 93 extending from the heating chamber 20, and a rear part is constituted by a vessel 93a communicating with the outside of the machine. A heat radiation part 94 is provided on the halfway of the exhaust duct 93. A damper 97 closing a duct 96 during cooking and opening the duct 96 when opening a door of the heating chamber 20 is provided in the duct 96 communicating the external circulation path 30 with the vessel 93a. A water supply pipe 55 for supplying water into the steam generator 50 is connected with the vessel 93a through a water overflowing pipe 98.
