SWING ANCHOR BOLT INSTALLING METHOD AND BASE ISOLATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to fit a plummet rule pipe body with a level to the upper part of an anchor bolt because mortar or the like is deposited on the upper part of the swing anchor bolt during placing concrete in foundation work and earthquake resistance is required for a gap between the anchor bolt and a through-hole depending on treatment because the anchor bolt to be constructed at a site is offset from the anchor bolt through-hole of a base to be machined in a factory due to an accuracy difference and the through-hole should be formed to be somewhat larger. SOLUTION: A balancing pipe body or the pipe body with the level is used which can be fitted to the upper part of the swing anchor bolt with an allowance. For the treatment of the offset gap, a circumferential collation base isolator flow-out preventing plate is attached to a foundation top end or a foundation packing and the base is placed on the offset anchor bolt, and then silicone whose shape is not restricted is filled into the offset anchor bolt through-hole.
