PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the installation work of an interior finishing material to a sound absorbing substrate material, while excellently maintaining the sound absorbing performance of the sound absorbing substrate material of wall or ceiling. SOLUTION: The installation work of an interior finishing material comprises providing the bonding agent layers (8)(9) of a bonding member (3) for bonding the interior finishing material (2) having air permeability to the sound absorbing substrate material (1) of wall or ceiling on the front and the rear surfaces of a sheet main body (7), locally or entirely; constituting of a bonding sheet (4) having permeability under that state and of releasing sheets (5)(6) covering the bonding agent layers (8)(9) of the front and rear surfaces of the bonding sheet (4); bonding one surface with the releasing sheets (5)(6) being released to expose the bonding agent layers (8)(9) to the sound absorbing substrate material (1), while bonding the other surface to the interior finishing material (2) to bond the interior finishing material (2) to the sound absorbing substrate material (1) via the bonding sheet (4).
