PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device for a construction, which is formed of a plurality of panel bodies connected together via upper and lower edges thereof in a manner foldable with respect to each other, and imparts flexibility to a lowermost panel body, wherein the lowermost panel body is further protected from damage. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the opening/closing device for the construction, the lowermost panel body 3 is made deformable, and a connection body arranged at a lateral midpoint of a joint portion between the lowermost panel body 3 and a rigid upper panel body 2a connected to an upper portion of the lowermost panel body, is formed of a belt body 12. Then a lower end of the belt body 12 is fixed to the lowermost panel body 3 by means of a screw 13a. On the other hand an upper end of the belt body 12 is wrap-connected to a movable bar 16f which is vertically movably arranged on the upper panel body 2a and energized upward by a coil spring 16g, and further wrap-connected to a fixed bar 16h fixed to the upper panel body 2a, followed by fitting a cap 17 on an outer periphery of the belt body 12 wrap-connected to the fixed bar 16h, with a predetermined fitting force.
