PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the joint structure of a column and a beam in which the joint structure of the column and the beam by a simple constitution is formed while an energy absorption capacity at a joint site in the case of an earthquake is improved and a rotation in the periphery of a column axis of the beam is prevented. SOLUTION: In the joint structure of the column 1 and the beam 2, either one of the upper side and lower side of a joining section is pin-joined by a first joint metal 3, and the other is joined through a second joint metal 4 composed of an angle member 41 and a rib member 42.
