PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for arranging napped pile fiber for pile carpet and unprocessed fiber material for nonwoven fabric in the range needed as a product, when the pile carpet is used in motor vehicles, a variety of vehicles, aircraft as well as surface layer material for building, for example, floorings and side walls. SOLUTION: Carpet or nonwoven fabric are produced by using a carpet or nonwoven fabric producing machine provided with NC device or the computerized NC device controlling operation or using CAM and CAD mechanism and devices directly controls with programs so that in the production of napped pile type tufting carpet, the needle secures the pile yarn implanted into the backing in the range of the shape of the final product and in the production of nonwoven fabric, the motion of the needle that implants the web-form fiber is restricted in the range of the final product or in the nonwoven fabric production step, the needle is restricted at the shape-connecting parts.
