PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crawler coupling device of a crawler crane capable of easily coupling a car body with a crawler frame. SOLUTION: In the crawler coupling device for attachably/detachably coupling a crawler frame with a car body by front and rear pairs of crawler coupling means, each crawler coupling means comprises a car body side female type fitting part, a crawler frame side male type fitting part, a crawler coupling pin to be inserted in a hole horizontally penetrating both fitting parts in a freely inserting manner, a hydraulic cylinder to insert/draw the crawler coupling pin, a positioning guide consisting of a lower guide which is mounted above a through hole in the car body side female type fitting part and forms a slope with an upper face descending inwardly, and an upper guide with a lower side thereof forming a slope of the same angle of inclination as that of the slope of the lower guide, and right and left positioning bolts with heads thereof being abutted on a tip part of the car body side female type fitting part.
