PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing blanket, which is prevented from being swollen by organic solvent. SOLUTION: This printing blanket 10 is equipped with a support 14 including base cloth layers 18 each prepared by impregnating a base cloth 16 with rubber gum and a surface printing layer 12. A rubber composition for forming the surface printing layer or for forming the base cloth layer is employed by blending impalpable pre-vulcanized high or extra-high nitrile NBR powder with the contents of bond acrylonitrile of at least 36% with medium or medium-high nitrile NBR with the contents of bond acrylonitrile of at least 25% and below 36% under the condition that the volume percentage of the impalpable vulcanized high or extra-high nitrile NBR powder to the total volume of the rubber composition is set to be 20-70 vol%.
