PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a ring wrench which has a simple structure and can be manufactured at a low cost, and can be used in a narrow space without requiring unnecessary time because it can be returned to the initial position by turning it in the reversed direction. SOLUTION: The structure of the ring wrench is composed of a wrench body 10. A box portion 11 of the ring wrench is arranged at least on one end of the wrench body. A receiving portion composed of a plurality of teeth is formed at the inner edge of the box portion of the ring wrench in order to drive screw components. The shoulder portion of a concave cup is arranged at one end of the receiving portion. An elastic element 15 having elasticity is engaged with the shoulder portion. A smooth portion 13 is arranged at the other end of the receiving portion. The diameter of the smooth portion is slightly larger than that of the receiving portion having the teeth. As a result, when the screw component is received in the smooth portion, the wrench body can be easily manipulated so as to return to the initial position by idly turning it to the reversed direction.
