PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility for adjusting a microscopic asperity mode on a surface of a metal plate in a wider range than ever, by employing a simple method. SOLUTION: In the facility, solid particles different in mean diameter are stored in tanks 7a, 7b, and in the figure, solid particles of a larger mean diameter are stored in the tank 7a. The tanks 7a, 7b for the solid particles are both connected to a centrifugal projector, and particle feeding ratio adjusting means 8a, 8b for changing a feeding ratio of the solid particles are arranged across channels connecting between the centrifugal projector and tanks, respectively. The particle feeding ratio adjusting means 8a, 8b each have a shutter section which can control its position for adjusting a flow rate of the solid particles fed from each of the tanks 7a, 7b, and by changing an opening area of the channel, a feeding amount of the particles form each of the tanks 7a, 7b can be individually changed.
