Several clips (1) are positioned around the boundary of the part to be separated, a string (2) pulled through openings (3) provided and tightened. Each of the clips (1) is made of spring steel in a curved shape with two rows of complementary teeth at the front. The elastic quality facilitates the teeth to be separated and closed again, in order to be attached to the tissue. A nylon string (2) can be guided through loops (3) located laterally at each of the clips (1) and pulled tight as required.
