<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery capable of ensuring safety and of improving a battery life with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A secondary battery is configured to sandwich a non-aqueous electrolyte between positive and negative electrodes.
