<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus which can share a transfer control means in a color image data and a monochrome image data. <P>SOLUTION: When an original is read and the color image data are acquired, line data acquired by three CCD line sensors 16a for each RGB with which a reader 16 is equipped are stored in an image memory 20 in the order of R, G and B. A CPU 10 transfers the line data stored in the image memory 20 to a USB interface 22 at the line data unit of the number of lines prestored in a flash ROM 11 for every color component. Moreover, when the original is read and the monochrome image data are acquired, the line data acquired by one CCD line sensor 16a for the monochrome with which the reader 16 is equipped are stored sequentially in the image memory 20, and transferred to the USB interface 22 in sequence stored, respectively, at the line data unit of the number of lines prestored in the flash ROM 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
