PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the shortage of an lubricant before lubrication is performed by an engine oil, in a bearing, and to avoid the contacting portions of a damper coming into direct contact before the lubrication assistance in the initial stage of operation and the damper function by the engine oil are exerted. SOLUTION: The grease composition contains a base oil and a thickening agent containing a diurea compound represented by formula (I). A turbo-charger is provided which is furnished with a bearing into which this grease composition is charged. In formula (I) R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>, which may be the same or different, indicate each a hydrocarbon group or a condensed hydrocarbon group, and R<SP>2</SP>indicates a 6-15C aromatic hydrocarbon group.
