PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the voltage dependency of a leak current of the input node of an analog switch circuit, and to reduce the distortion of a holding voltage, when used for a sample/hold circuit or the like for retaining the signal charge of a capacitor by arranging an analog switch circuit between an output terminal and an input terminal of an operational amplifier. SOLUTION: The analog switch circuit is built into an LSI where the analog switch circuit comprises a first analog switch SW10 and a second analog switch SW11 connected in series between a first node V1 and a second node V2, and a third analog switch SW12 for applying second potential Vsw different from first potential VIN applied to the first node to a serially connected node V3 of the first and second analog switches, when the first and second analog switches are turned off.
