PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively break a cathode-ray tube from an image modulation signal without any troubles to set a cut-off level during the adjustment mode of the cathode-ray tube in the manufacturing line of AV equipment including the cathode-ray tube. SOLUTION: A video signal line to an input port is set to be low to enable no input to be available to the input port of a video signal processing IC connected to the cathode-ray tube.
