PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active element that enables use of a deposition process using a coating method, has even film thickness with a resistance for peel-off and a large mobility of carrier, enables the reduction of production cost by employing organic semiconductor materials that prevents the aging of resistance in semiconductor materials and the deterioration of ON/OFF ratio of the output current by its mechanical durability and and acting speed and a COMOS circuit or display device using the active element. SOLUTION: The active element of this invention is characterized in that it is provided with at least one pair of electrodes and organic semiconductor devices connecting the electrodes, and that each organic semiconductor has a polycarbonate resin and low molecular weight compound in the triarylamine structure.
