PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key telephone set, provided with automatic answering recording function and a call transfer function that informs a transfer destination about a caller number by voice and allows a visiting place and a mobile phone or the like, to realize an automatic answering recording monitoring function. SOLUTION: The key telephone set is provided with a voice storage means 18 for storing the voice, corresponding to a particularized caller number; a transmission control means F45 for activating the automatic answering recording function, when detecting the arrival of a call to an external line in the automatic answering recording function setting mode and transferring the call to a registered transfer destination, when the caller number of the call matches the particularized caller number; a voice transmission control means F52 for transmitting a voice signal, corresponding to the particularized caller number, when the transfer destination responds to the transferred call; a message control means F46 for transmitting a message of the automatic answering recording function, when the transmission of the voice signal is finished; a particular operation detection means F47 for detecting a specified operation by the transfer destination; a transfer control means F48 for connecting the external line, whose call is replied to the transfer destination; and a call recording control means F49 for recording the call content.
