PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk configuration information dynamic management method and a disk configuration information dynamic management system, dynamically collecting file information non-periodically produced on a computer system, and timely managing it. SOLUTION: A disk configuration information dynamic management part 4 is connected to an operating system 3 and operates. An exit AP 34 is joined to a file production execution part 33 and operates. The exit AP 34 acquires a name of a disk wherein a file is produced from a JCL table 32, and notifies a disk configuration information dynamic collection means 41 of the disk name. The disk configuration information dynamic collection means 41 embeds the disk name into a disk configuration information acquisition JCL model 42 on the basis of the disk name acquired from the exit AP 34, starts it, acquires disk configuration information comprising a plurality of files of the disk, and overwrites and stores it in a disk configuration information management file 43.
