PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain sufficient light amount from the a marker to an imaging camera, to prevent omission of detection of the marker by the camera, and also to satisfy both the receiving light amount and the wideness of the region of motion capturing of the imaging camera. SOLUTION: The marker 1 is constituted of a light-emitting element 2 and the lens 7 with a prescribed scattering angle. The lens 7 is set detachable on the radiation surface of the light-emitting element, and by mounting the lens, the light of the prescribed scattering angle is emitted. By making the scattering angle of the scattering light emission of a marker freely set, the receiving light amount of the photographing camera can be secured and at the same time the markers in the region of motion capture can be detected.
