PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating structure in which fluid noise generated by pressure fluctuations of a fluid can be insulated in a simple configuration. SOLUTION: An acoustic liner 31 comprises an outer peripheral wall 32 of a steam inlet pipe 30 and an annular covered part 33 for covering the outer peripheral wall 32. The outer peripheral wall 32 covered by the annular covered part 33 has a porous structure including a plurality of through holes 34 and a dimple structure containing ruggedness on the surface.
