PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation reinforcing structure useful to reinforce a building to be constructed on a soft ground, in particular, and superior in construction property. SOLUTION: In the ground foundation reinforcing structure for various kinds of buildings, a geogrid is placed on a ground foundation to be reinforced and a light aggregate or a granular material having water hard powder mixed and deposited on the light aggregate is placed thereon to form a reinforcing layer. A geogrid is further applied thereon so that the reinforcing layer is embraced with the geogrid, and the surface layer thereof is further embraced with a geotextile, as desired.
