PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting a dressing frame, by which a casing trim can be easily inserted into a recessed groove formed in a dressing frame main body, the casing trim can be firmly fixed in the recessed groove, furthermore an adhesive agent is prevented from flowing out of the recessed groove part even when the adhesive agent is used, and to provide a method for mounting ceiling dressing frame. SOLUTION: The width of the recessed groove 10 formed in the dressing frame main body 6 is larger than the thickness of one piece part 7a of the casing trim edge material 7, enabling the one piece part 7a of the casing trim edge material 7 to be easily inserted into the recessed groove 10. A projecting part 11 formed at the inlet part of the recessed groove 10 abuts on one surface 7c of the one piece part 7a of the casing trim edge material 7 inserted into the recessed groove 10, while the inner wall surface 10a of the recessed groove 10 abuts on the other surface 7d of the one piece part 7a, which enables the one piece part 7a to be held in between by the projecting part 11 and the inner wall surface 10a of the recessed groove 10, firmly fitting/fixing the casing trim edge material 7 in the recessed groove 10.
